Angel Strawberry Pie
INGREDIENTS
4-1/2 to 5 cups cubed angel food cake (or you could use sponge cake)
1-3 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream (softened)
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1-1/4 cups boiling water
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberry slices
DIRECTIONS
Put cake cubes in a 7x11" or a 9x9" glass pan. Mix pudding and milk together for two minutes, add softened ice cream. Beat at low
speed until blended. Pour over the cake cubes and put in fridge until set (about 1 hour). Dissolve Jello in the boiling water, add
the strawberry slices. Put in fridge until it starts to gel. Pour berry mixture over the pudding mixture. Chill until set.
